After going to college in PA, Fred earned his licensure in Colorado. Fred’s passion for architecture doesn’t just end at creating the exterior form or internal structure. To truly create an environment in which we live we must fully integrate the process of architecture and interior design. He believes that the two disciplines must work together from the beginning to create a harmonious and functional space for our daily lives. As the Director of Design at SAI, Fred is at the helm of a talented design team, leading the creative vision and ensuring the seamless integration of architecture and interior design across all projects. As a leader Fred is responsible for overseeing the entire design process, from initial concept development to final execution. By fostering a collaborative environment, he inspires and guides his team to push creative boundaries while maintaining design integrity and client satisfaction. Fred is dedicated to building strong relationships with clients, working closely with them to understand their goals and translating their needs into innovative, thoughtful designs. With a profound understanding of both the art and science of design, Fred is committed to delivering exceptional results that elevate the experience of every space he touches.
JACOB SKRABA
Design Collaborator
Jacob grew up in Orr, Minnesota in the land of 10,000 lakes. Jacob earned his Bachelor of Design in Architecture from the University of Minnesota and his Master of Architecture from the University of Oregon. Jacob is passionate about interiors because it’s the final touch that transforms a house into a home. It’s about moving from the broad vision—how do I want my space to feel and look?—to focusing on the intricate details that bring a room to life, creating an inviting and personal environment. What excites Jacob the most is the attention to the smallest elements: the texture of a fabric, the scent of a wood trim, or the way light creates shadows across a surface. With this meticulous approach, Jacob strives to craft truly unique and tailored spaces for each client. Jacob plays an integral part in the design process, contributing fresh ideas, helping to refine design concepts, and ensuring seamless coordination between all stakeholders. Whether it’s curating design elements, sourcing materials, or supporting the implementation of design strategies, he is committed to translating the vision into well-executed, inspiring spaces. With a passion for creativity and an eye for detail, Jacob is dedicated to delivering designs that not only meet client expectations but also create lasting impressions.
ASHLEY FARROW
Design Collaborator
Ashley hails from the cowboy town of Cave Creek, Arizona and draws inspiration for her interior design work from the world around her. Growing up amidst the vibrant hues of the Sonoran Desert, she developed a deep appreciation for woven patterns and bold textures. Her father’s passion for painting ignited her creative eye for art. While completing her master’s degree in Paris, Ashley discovered the profound elegance that can emerge from even the simplest of spaces. Now, settled in the mountains, she thrives on the challenge of seamlessly blending architecture, interior design, and a sense of place, all while aligning with her clients’ unique preferences. Ashley thrives on helping clients bring their visions to life. Her approach centers on collaboration, listening closely to clients’ needs, and guiding them through the process of turning their dreams into reality. Whether it’s fine-tuning a color palette, selecting the perfect furnishings, or finding creative solutions to design challenges, Ashley is dedicated to ensuring every project reflects the client’s personality and aspirations. With 42 years of experience, Kathye brings a wealth of knowledge and expertise that exceeds industry standards, providing unparalleled service and insight. Passionate about understanding each client’s unique vision, Kathye takes the time to explore their dreams, desires, and needs through personalized conversations. Procurement & Business Manager
Jessica earned her bachelor’s degree in Apparel Merchandising from Colorado State University. She brings a unique blend of strategic planning and creativity to the interior design team. Jessica oversees all procurement activities, ensuring that materials, furniture, and décor align with both budget and design objectives. By leveraging strong vendor relationships, she secures high-quality products while maintaining cost efficiency and timely delivery. Her extensive experience in managing vendor negotiations, contracts, and logistics guarantees seamless project execution.
